This easy refreshing cocktail with Absolut vodka is the perfect drink for summer bbq. It is simple and you can prepare it in no-time, yet it looks professional. It will impress your guests and will be a beautiful additional feature to your table setting. Just remember to drink responsibly.
- Absolut Apeach vodka
- Mango juice
- Strawberry syrup
- Ice cubs
- Cocktail glass (vine glass)
First fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Then add 4 parts Absolut Apeach vodka, 2 parts mango juice, 2 parts strawberry syrup, 1part lime juice and shake it (you can use a blender instead). Pour it in the glass. Top it up with soda water and garnish with strawberry. Enjoy your drink.

Today I’m sharing a recipe that I go to when I’m craving something sweet. It takes only 20 minutes and it’s really delicious.
- 1 medium sweet potato
- one cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1tbs sunflower seeds
- 2 cup salad mix
- Dried dill 1 ts
- Dried mint 1 ts
- pinch of salt
- olive oil(to your liking)
Bake the sweet potato in oven for 20 minutes (220 Cº). I usually notch the potato on one side and wrap it in a foil before put it in oven.
Meanwhile throw salad mix, sunflower seeds, olive oil and salt in a bowl and mix. Grate the cucumber and add it to yogurt. Then add dill, mint, salt and pepper to it. Mix it and put it a side.
When the sweet potato is ready mash it with a fork put it on top of salad and add the yogurt mix on top. Enjoy.
This is a really easy delicious sauce that you can make in 5 minutes and keep in the fridge for about a week. So it’s a good option for food planing.
- sun-dried tomatoes 1 cup
- garlic 1 clove
- warm water 1 cup
- pinch of cumin
- olive oil 1/2 tbs
- sumac 1tbs
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
If you are using dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes put them in warm water for about 10 minutes before using them. Otherwise put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until it’s fully pureed.
You can add it to warm pasta instantly or transfer it to a container and put it in the fridge for later use. Instead of pasta you can use it on top of quinoa, brown rice or bulgur. If you feel like it, add roasted cauliflower, mushrooms or broccoli to it for a more fulfilling meal. Enjoy.
Hot chocolate is one of my favorite drinks and I like to make it at home. Here is an easy fast way to make one of the best ones that you’ve ever tried.
Ingredients: Almond milk ( you can also use rice or soya or latte milk), Coconut sugar, Raw cacao powder(or any cacao powder that you like) and Nutella.
Warm one cup of almond milk in a sauce pan then add 2 tablespoon of cacao powder and 2 table spoon of coconut powder to the milk. Whisk for 2-3 minutes and then add 1 tablespoon of Nutella. Whisk for another 3-4 minutes .
Pour it in a cup and enjoy it. Please keep in mind that the recipe is for two cups and you can make it more or less sweet to your liking.
