Two Easy Delicious Cocktail Drinks

Hi Guys

Here are two easy and tasty cocktails that you can prepare really fast for your guest.

1- Ingredients(for two people):

-Juice of 4 clementines (1/2 cup)

-Juice of 1 small lemon

-Grand-Marnier 1 shot (or your favorite orange liqueur )

-Vodka 3 shots (I use Grey Goose)

-Lemon zest and fresh thyme for garnish

-Sugar

-Ice

Moisten rim of your glasses with some clementine juice. Then put sugar in a shallow small plate. Now turn over the glasses onto the plate and slowly turn to left and right to coat it with sugar.

Pour vodka, Grand Marnier, lemon juice and clementine juice in a shaker.  Shake it well and pour in the glasses. Remember to add some ice to it. Now you can garnish it with thyme and a little bit of lemon zest on the top.

Tip: This is a strong cocktail, at least for people -like me- who are not used to drinking.

2- Ingredients(for two person):

-2.5 shots bourbon (I use Blanton’s)

-2 tsp lemon juice

-12 shots apple & pineapple cider (I use Briska cider)

-2 shots cranberry spritz

-Cranberries for garnish

-Ice

Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, cranberry spritz and the cider into a shaker and add some ice. Shake it well and pour it into glasses-you can add more ice into glass- then throw some cranberries into glasses.
