Quinoa Recipe

Hi guys

Here is another easy recipe that I really like. It takes around 30 minutes and is really delicious.

Ingredients:

4 medium mushrooms

250gr. baby carrots (small package)

1/2 cup white quinoa

1/2 cup red quinoa

300gr. brussels sprouts (small package)

Handfull of raisins

Handful of barberry

Half of lime

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

First thing to do is to cook quinoa (I talked about it before). Then soak raisins and barberries in cold water.

Put carrots and brussels sprouts in a dip pan add one cup of water, salt and lime juice.

While it’s boiling cut the mushrooms.

Then  empty the pan and put the mushrooms in it, add 1tbs. of olive oil, salt and pepper. stir for 4-5 minutes.

Drain the raisins and barberries and add them to mushrooms, stir for another minute or so. Then add other ingredients to pan.

Stir and it’s ready.
