Vegan Chocolate Cake

Update: Now I use coconut oil instead of margarine and potato starch instead of flour.


Hi guys

This is my recent obsession, a delicious banana chocolate cake which I think is a perfect dessert for christmas eve.The preparation is really easy, it only takes 10 minutes or less. But you need to be patient when it comes to baking, it takes more than 1 hour.

Here is the recipe for four people:

. 3 ripe bananas

. 1/2 cup margarin

.1 cup sugar

.1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

.1 ts baking soda

.1 ts salt

.3 ts cocoa powder


Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.

In a large bowl cream the sugar and margarin.


Then add salt, cacao powder and baking soda and mix.


Now add the flour and mix until you have texture like this.


Peal the bananas and mash them.


Then mix the mashed bananas with the other ingredients.


Now pour it into a prepared pan and put it into oven for 1:30 hour.IMG_2042Before taking it out of oven check it with a knife to make sure that it is completely done.IMG_2043
