Sunday is juicing day for me. I usually make a lot and keep it for 2-3 days. This way I have fresh healthy green juice ready at the morning till midweek. What I made today is one of the easiest yet most delicious ones .
Here is the recipe:
- 5 apples ( I prefer royal gala )
- 5 celery ribs
- two handful of parsley
- Two handful of spinach
- 1 big cucumber or 4 small ones
- Half cup of lemon juice
- Ginger root (optional)
Put everything in the juicer and enjoy the result.(If you don’t mind drinking your juice with a little bit of texture in it, you can use a blender.)
Tip: Apple will cover the taste of parsley and make the juice more delicious, so it is essential to keep apples as a base and dd the other ingridient to it.
